We believe in practicing differently and defining what quality care in the world of physical therapy really means. One hour private evaluations, 45-50 visits per week for full time therapists and a 3 to 1 ratio of Therapists to Assistants. 360 Physical Therapy Sports Medicine & Aquatic Rehab currently has 13 locations in Arizona and 5 in Oklahoma with additional facilities opening in 2020. We employ more than 100 therapists and are positively affecting the lives of more than 20,000 patients each year. We make the profession of PT look good! Lower patient volumes means more time with your patients. In addition to offering tranditional land-based treatment, we offer on-site indoor aquatic therapy at all of our Arizona locations and 2 in Oklahoma. Many of our clinicians have advanced training in Graston, Dry Needling, Postural Restoration, Manipulation, Vestibular Rehab and other specialized techniques.

Company History
360 Physical Therapy was started in 2001 in Chandler, Arizona by local physical therapist Tresha Baldwin. Ms. Baldwin is a native of Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1994. She went into private practice for the soul purpose of being able to provide patient care on her own terms. She was dissatisfied with outpatient owners who forced multiple patients per hour and utilization of techs to provide patient care. She wanted more time and continuity with her patients and utilization of ethical billing practices. Poor quality care and high patient volumes are cheating our patients and hurting the public view of our profession. This issue continues to motivate Ms. Baldwin to grow the company and educate the community on what quality physical therapy should be.
